Question by Juxtaposer: How can I increase my Google page rank?
I’d like to increase the page rank that Google assigns to my website. Are spamming the net with links to my page and flooding my page with keywords the only answer? I don’t want to do either of these. Can I just place keywords in the meta data of the HTML file?

Make sure no link farm links to your site.
Submit articles to high ranked sites
Remove your site from directories with low page rank.

Sorry but besides linking with high rank sites i cant think of anything else.

There is still a massive market of people with slow connections. Instead of waiting, waiting, waiting, they’ll lose interest before your website even loads.
