CONSORZIO CANTIERE CUCCAGNA
Consorzio Cantiere Cuccagna è un consorzio di associazioni milanesi (esterni, CdIE-Centro di Iniziativa Europea, Cooperativa Cuccagna, Smemoranda, Cooperativa sociale S. Martino onlus, Cooperativa sociale Diapason, Cooperativa sociale Comunità Progetto, Terre di Mezzo, Circom). Dal 2008 sono in corso lavori di restauro conservativo per il recupero degli spazi di Cascina Cuccagna, per renderli vitali e funzionali, adeguandoli agli standard normativi mantenendone intatto il carattere di cascina agricola. Il progetto Cuccagna è il più importante progetto a Milano in questo momento, alla sua riapertura la cascina sarà sempre un cantiere, ma di progetti, idee, attività, incontri, relazioni…Uno spazio aperto e in continuo divenire con attività in grado di far rivivere la sua antica vocazione agricola e di promuovere pratiche di vita più sostenibili. E poi iniziative provenienti dal basso, auto-promosse e autoorganizzate da persone o associazioni del quartiere o della città.. Oltre 2000 mq di spazi e 1500 di giardino a disposizione dei cittadini, della loro creatività, del loro desiderio di partecipazione e del loro benessere sostenibile. Per terminare i lavori di restauro e recupero, mancano ancora 800 mila euro.
